Four years ago, on a perfectly gorgeous if a bit too warm Sunday afternoon, without a single cloud in the sky, I ran 26. 2 miles for the first time and crossed the finish line at the 2010 Chicago marathon. At that moment my life changed forever and I immediately knew that I wanted to do it again. Expos make me kinda nervous. Staying downtown is always a good idea. Forty thousand runners become best friends really quick.
